Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 29, 2026. By accessing the EasyWorth suite, you agree to the forensic standards outlined below.
1. Scope of Intelligence
EasyWorth provides AI-driven forensic intelligence for zoning, utility surcharges, and customs duties. Our analysis is grounded in real-time legislative data but does not constitute legal or tax advice. Users are encouraged to verify findings with licensed professionals before filing official appeals or claims.
2. Accuracy of Input Data
The precision of our "Surcharge Shield" and "CRE Zoning" engines is directly dependent on the quality and completeness of the documentation provided (e.g., utility invoices, site plans, property addresses). Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded data is authentic and current.
3. Subscription & Payments
Access to deep-level forensic analysis and automated filings is provided via a tiered subscription or per-report basis. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Credits for "Forensic Audit" reports are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EasyWorth be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the forensic suite. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
